Bio
Dr. Liu, based in the Second Target Station (STS) Project Office, develops next-generation neutron scattering instruments to tackle urgent scientific and technological grand challenges beyond the capabilities of current neutron sources and other characterization tools.
Before joining STS, Dr. Liu was a neutron scattering scientist at the Spallation Neutron Source (SNS), contributing to research at the CORELLI beamline, an elastic diffuse scattering spectrometer. His ORCID profile (0000-0002-5867-5065) provides an up-to-date list of his peer-reviewed articles.
