R&D Staff member in the Plasma Exhaust and Particle Control (PEPC) Group in the Fusion Energy Division (FED).
Research interests include edge plasma physics and plasma-material interactions (PMI) in fusion confinement systems (such as the tokamak, spherical tokamak and stellarator), diagnostics to measure plasma exhaust (PEX) and PMI in the extreme environments of confinement devices and advanced plasma-facing components (PFCs) to efficiently and safely remove heat from those systems.
