2016 Apostolakis Fellow

Askin Guler Yigitoglu was selected by the Board of Directors of the International Association for Probabilistic Safety Assessment and Management as the 2016 Apostolakis Fellow.  This award provides almost all expenses for Askin to attend the next 13th International Conference on Probabilistic Safety Assessment and Management (PSAM) conference in Seoul, Korea, October 2-7, 2016. PSAM 13 is a biennial international topical conference for Probabilistic Safety Assessment which is one of the most prestigious academic conferences. It is expected that more than 600 papers including invited ad contributed lectures and discussion will be presented in more than 100 sessions during the conference period.
