
Bio
Dr. Niedziela is a Senior Research and Development Staff member in the National Security Sciences Directorate, and Group Leader for Analytical Development and Operations in the Materials Characterization and Modeling Section. Her research investigates fundamental materials physics using a combination of vibrational spectroscopies and high performance computing, seeking specifically to gain new insights into the spectroscopic characteristics of defected, disordered, and out of equilibrium materials.
