Jason is a data scientist in the Geospatial Artificial Intelligence (GeoAI) Group at Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
With a history in software, science, and national defense, his research interests include software sustainability, complex systems, visual programming, eXplainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI), formal verification, network science, and quantum machine learning (QML).
He obtained his BA at the University of San Diego (USD) in physics and mathematics and his MA at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) in mathematics. His masters thesis focused on small world networks in social networks and was published in the journal, Complex Systems.
