
Bio
Eric Lee is a postdoctoral research associate in the Advanced Computing for Health Sciences Section, part of the Computational Sciences and Engineering Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). His work focuses on time-dependent longitudinal data in electronic health records and natural language processing applied to unstructured data in health records. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Science at Emory University. His Ph.D. research focused on network embedding, particularly on heterogeneous and hierarchical network embedding to learn better representations of networks.
