Layla C. Marshall

Layla is a Technology Control Officer in the Partnerships Directorate, responsible for mitigating against the potential detrimental exploitation of research in critical and emerging technologies while preserving international research collaboration. She manages ORNL research security initiatives in line with US Department of Energy requirements to support DOE’s broad scientific mission, with particular emphasis on science and technology related to industries of the future.
