Stefani Pemberton is a seasoned administrative professional with more than 20 years of experience supporting Section Heads, Group Leaders and Program Managers while managing complex administrative tasks across a range of industries. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a keen ability to adapt to dynamic work environments, managing priorities with exceptional attention to detail, and maintaining high levels of efficiency. Her expertise lies in travel coordination, procurement, office management, and providing executive support, with a strong focus on safeguarding confidential information and adhering to stringent organizational guidelines.
Before joining ORNL, Stefani worked at AT&T for 15 years in various administrative roles, including Executive Assistant in the Service Delivery & Assurance division, where she supported a large team of network managers and technicians. She coordinated onboarding, training, and travel logistics for over 5,000 new employees and played a key role in managing HR processes and sensitive information. Stefani’s career began in customer service, where she earned a Service Excellence Award for her dedication to customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
