Bio
Sean Wilkinson is a Research Scientist in the Workflow and Ecosystem Services Group at the Oak Ridge Leadership Computing Facility (OLCF). Before coming to OLCF in 2019, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow with high-energy physicists, having previously worked with pathologists to complete his doctorate in biomedical engineering. Currently, the main thrust of his research is in the emerging area of FAIR workflows, for which he co-chairs the Workflows Community Initiative’s FAIR Computational Workflows working group. Other research interests include cross-facility workflows, reproducibility, and cancer research with the Veterans Affairs (VA) Million Veteran Program (MVP).
