
Bio
Radley is a Research and Development (R&D) Geospatial Data Engineer II with the Geoinformatics Group at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. His research focuses on applying geospatial modeling and data science to assess and mitigate natural hazard risks to critical infrastructure. Before joining ORNL, Radley served as a Mapping and Spatial Records Specialist at the New York City Department of City Planning, where he maintained the official NYC Zoning Map in response to approved rezonings and City Map amendments. He also worked as a Topographic Engineer at the Office of the Bronx Borough President, where he was responsible for managing the City Map for the Borough of the Bronx.
