Bio
I am an R&D Associate in the Correlated Electron Materials Group. I received my Ph.D. in Physics from Seoul National University in 2022 and joined the group as a postdoctoral researcher in 2023. My research focuses on experimental studies of quantum materials — particularly magnetic phenomena — using neutron scattering, supported by computational modeling. Primary interests include frustrated and low-dimensional spin systems hosting quantum phenomena, with emphasis on fractionalized excitations and topological spin textures, as well as strongly correlated metals near magnetic quantum critical points. I actively employ Hamiltonian modeling and spin dynamics simulations to connect experiment and theory, with a keen interest in modeling finite-temperature spin dynamics. I am also interested in building comprehensive understanding of quantum materials through multi-modal approaches, combining neutron scattering with other experimental probes.
