
Bio
Patrycja Krawczuk is a Machine Learning Engineer in the Scalable Biomedical Modeling group. She received her Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California. Her expertise lies in developing and optimizing machine learning models.
As a graduate research assistant at USC's Information Sciences Institute, Patrycja developed deep learning methods for anomaly detection in scientific workflows. Her previous work experience includes enhancing product recognition at Grainger using computer vision and analyzing sales notes with transformers at Capital Group.
Currently, Patrycja is a core developer of the BARDI package, an AI readiness tool for clinical data. She delivers APIs for tasks such as reportability classification and information extraction from pathology reports.
Her research interests include large language models and multimodal representation learning.
