
Bio
James Burns received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1992. Following a highly successful career as a pawnbroker, he went back to school and received his Associate of Applied Science Degree with an Engineering Technology/Electrical Engineering Concentration from Pellissippi State Community College in 2017. After working as a lab technician at PSCC, he was hired as a lab technician for the atom probe laboratories at ORNL in 2018.
