Mrs. Hilda Klasky is a highly accomplished professional with more than 25 years’ direct success in research & development, data, process and engineering analytics, and project management in highly regulated, multidisciplinary environments. She joined Oak Ridge National Laboratory, a leading science and technology laboratory under the direction of the Department of Energy, in 2009. Since that time, she has applied the full breadth and depth of her expertise to make significant contributions as a member of ORNL’s Scalable Biomedical Modeling Group - Advanced Computing for Health Sciences Section, in the Computational Sciences and Engineering Division (CSED).
Professional Contributions:
Mrs. Klasky's expertise has made significant contributions within ORNL's Computational Sciences and Engineering Division (CSED). Her impactful roles include data and process analytics, solution engineering, research, and system architecture advice. She has played a pivotal role in successful project management and engagements with prominent organizations, such as the Veterans Affairs Administration, US Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Idaho National Laboratory (INL), Electricite de France, Belgium-FANC, and others.

Hilda Klasky is associated with various professional organizations, including being a Fellow of the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA), Senior Member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and Senior Member of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE). She is also an alternate member of the DOE Centralized Internal Review Board.

She is also proficient in Software Design & Modeling Techniques (UML) and has expertise in the Application of NQA1 SQA to DOE.

Hilda Klasky holds a Master of Science in Computational Engineering from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Computational Science from Universidad de Guadalajara.
