I am a Computational Biologist specializing in the integration of large-scale genomic datasets, AI-driven analyses, and network-based approaches to understand complex biological interactions. My research focuses on identifying key genetic factors influencing yield and resilience in bioenergy crops such as pennycress, poplar, and switchgrass, with additional experience in maize and grapevine systems.
