Bio
C. Shane Hawkins began his career with Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) in 2009 and is currently the Lab Space Manager (LSM) for ORNL’s Creep and Servo-Hydraulic Labs. Shane’s educational background consists of a BS degree in Industrial Technology and a AAS degree in Mechanical Engineering Technologies. Shane's current responsibilities include mechanical system design, performing mechanical testing, delegating work and managing resources for use in supporting various programs i.e., Nuclear Energy (NE), Fossil Energy (FE), and Vehicle Technology (VTO).
