Bio
Brittany serves as the Group Administrative Assistant for both the Radioactive Materials Analytical Laboratory (RMAL) and the Material Signatures and Isotopic Standards (MSIS), which are part of the Chemical Sciences Division (CSD) in the Physical Sciences Directorate (PSD) at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL).
Driven by a passion for serving others, Brittany has cultivated a distinguished administrative career devoted to team support and advancing ORNL's mission. With more than 18 years of experience in customer service and marketing, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Since joining ORNL in July 2024, Brittany has been recognized for her meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, and proactive approach. She remains steadfastly committed to continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Beyond her role at ORNL, Brittany actively engages in her community. She has served as an ambassador for Loudon County Chamber of Commerce, member of Young Professionals of Loudon County, mentor for tnAchieves and volunteer with the Lost Sheep Ministry. When she’s not building relationships within her community, Brittany enjoys being active in her church, spending quality time with family, exploring the scenic outdoors of East Tennessee, and cheering on the Vols.
