Bio
Angela joined ORNL in 2022 as a research and development associate. She currently supports two bodies of work. The first aims to identify, describe, and locate socioeconomic subpopulations more precisely and accurately, thereby improving global, high-resolution population models. The second examines social and environmental predictors of health. In both efforts, Angela seeks to leverage geographic and demographic theory and methodologies to attend to the multiscalar, multitemporal, multifaceted nature of human-environment relationships.
