Bio
Abby Till is an Irradiation Engineer with the Irradiation Engineering Group (IEG) within the Nuclear Energy and Fuel Cycle Division (NEFCD). As a recent addition, her primary responsibility is designing and fabricating experiments for irradiation in the High Flux Isotope Reactor to support materials, fuels, and radioisotope production research. Abby received her B.S. (2019) and M.S. (2022) in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University where she researched the effect of cryogenic temperatures on Sn-Pb solder material properties.
