Abstract
We demonstrate the topology-enhanced third-harmonic generation at photonic edge states in zigzag arrays of silicon nanodisks. The harmonic generation is observed only for one direction of the plane-wave excitation, manifesting nonlinearity-induced nonreciprocal nature of the photonic topological states.
