The Safeguards Concepts and Implementation Group focuses on concepts, strategies, and technologies for implementing improved safeguards and nuclear-material control and accountability practices for domestic and international purposes. The group also assists the National Nuclear Security Administration’s Office of Nonproliferation and Arms Control in its efforts to strengthen international regimes and partner country practices for nuclear material safeguards.
