Nuclear Data and Criticality Safety

Nuclear Data and Criticality Safety

The Nuclear Data and Criticality Safety Group is part of the Reactor and Nuclear Systems Division within the Nuclear Science and Engineering Directorate at Oak Ridge National Laboratory where it is responsible for providing nuclear data support for current and emerging nuclear applications. NDCS staff possess a broad range of physics and nuclear engineering expertise that is used to provide nuclear data support to a variety of sponsors including ORNL divisions and programs, Department of Energy (DOE) Offices and laboratories, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), and the nuclear industry.
