Best Paper 2016 AIAA Propulsion and Energy

Lou Qualls was co-author of the paper, “Affordable Development and Demonstration of a Small NTR Engine and Stage: A Preliminary NASA, DOE and Industry Assessment,” from AIAA (American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics) Propulsion/Energy 2015, which was named Best Paper by the AIAA Nuclear and Future Flight Propulsion Technical Committee and recognized during the 2016 AIAA Propulsion and Energy Forum and Exposition in Salt Lake City, Utah, on July 27, 2016.
