Raman AFM

The Integra Spectra II (NT-MDT) instrument combines general purpose AFM with Raman confocal spectrometer in up-right configuration. It allows running most of the AFM modes, including band excitation enabled techniques, as well as collect Raman spectra from corresponding areas.

• Scan range (80x80 um)
• Z height limit (<10 µm)
• 532 nm laser with up to 2mW power
