Fluidic Force Microscopy (FluidFM) is an innovative technology that combines the precision and versatility of AFM with the capabilities of microfluidics. This hybrid technique involves a specialized AFM probe equipped with a microfluidic or nanofluidic channel, allowing for the controlled delivery or withdrawal of fluids at the nanoscale while simultaneously measuring forces with the sensitivity characteristic of AFM.
