The primary application of the association between nitrogen-fixing bacterium and mycorrhizal fungus as biofertilizer, will be the enhancement of the nitrogen nutrition in plant (legumes and non-legumes) these beneficial interaction between beneficial microbes and economically important crop plants for increased biomass production, efficient acquisition of nitrogen in marginal agricultural lands.
