High Strength Aluminum Hot Stamping

The process of the present invention allows very strong heat treat Aluminum to be formed and not have to go through a temper/aging process, creating material which doesn’t require post tempering operations while still maintaining an equivalent T4 grade or higher Aluminum Temper. The invention reduces process cost and need for capital investment making the pricing more competitive.
