Logan P. Garrett

Logan Garrett is an Enrichment Technology Technician in the R&D Demonstration Group within the Enrichment Science and Engineering Division, having joined in June 2026 after five years as a Chemical Operator at the Y-12 National Security Complex. In his current role, he focuses on advancing isotope enrichment technologies. At Y-12, he processed radioactive isotopes in support of the nation’s nuclear nonproliferation mission and the fueling of the nation’s nuclear navy.

Previously, Logan worked at Heraeus, where he processed precious metals into powder form using thermal reduction and gained experience in centrifuges through a centrifugal powder sifter, ensuring correct uniformity in his work.

Logan holds an Associate of Science degree from Roane State Community College. In his spare time, he enjoys fly fishing and working with bird dogs.
