Postdoctoral Research Associate

I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Computational Chemistry and Nanomaterials Sciences Group within the Computational Sciences and Engineering Division. I joined ORNL in July 2026 after earning my Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

My research focuses on numerical studies of quantum materials with strong correlations and electron–phonon coupling effects. I am particularly interested in identifying signatures of emergent quantum many-body phenomena observable through scattering and pump-probe techniques. During my Ph.D., I have collaborated with multiple research groups to interpret experimental results on low-dimensional systems.

At ORNL, I study non-equilibrium phenomena using quantum embedding and numerical variational methods. My goal is to bridge theory and experiment by providing insights into exotic behaviors that arise in out-of-equilibrium contexts.
