Gibson G. Smith

Gibson provides paralegal support in the Office of General Counsel. She is responsible for supporting matters related to privacy, contracts and procurement, legal agreements, and Memorandums of Understanding. She is also the legal internship coordinator and is the ethics paralegal for the lab’s Ethics Program. Prior to joining ORNL in 2024, Gibson was a paralegal at a healthcare company performing regulatory research and has also worked in a Knoxville law firm practicing primarily in the areas of business litigation, construction, employment, health care, insurance defense and personal injury law.
