Bio
Zeeshan Aslam is a doctoral candidate in Data Science and Engineering at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from COMSATS University Islamabad, Pakistan. His primary research interests encompass the broad domain of data science and machine learning, with a particular emphasis on applications in image processing, smart grids, data analytics, and climate modeling. Zeeshan's expertise includes machine learning and deep learning, as well as big data analytics and visualization.
Throughout his academic career, Zeeshan has demonstrated excellence in both research and teaching. He has served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Bredesen Center for Interdisciplinary Research and Graduate Education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Prior to this, he was a Lecturer at the Department of Computer Science at Bahria University, Islamabad, and a Research Associate at ComSens Lab, COMSATS University Islamabad.
Zeeshan's research contributions include nine publications in reputable journals and conferences, focusing on machine learning and deep learning. He has presented his work at several international conferences, including the International Conference on Automation and Computing (ICAC) and the International Conference on Advanced Information Networking and Applications (AINA).
As an accomplished software engineer, Zeeshan is proficient in various programming languages and tools, with advanced skills in Python for machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics.
