Terri is a highly skilled administrative professional with over 15 years of experience in diverse sectors, including healthcare, office management, and human resources. Currently, Terri serves as an Administrative Assistant for the Energy Science and Technology Directorate at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, where she supports critical administrative functions, and departmental operations. Known for her organizational expertise and attention to detail, she plays a key role in streamlining processes and ensuring operational efficiency through the front desk of the Manufacturing Demonstration Facility. Her ability to manage complex tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism is a hallmark of her work.

In addition to her position at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Terri has extensive experience in healthcare administration, having worked as Office Manager at Allcare Family Practice of Roane County from 2020 to 2024. In this multifaceted role, she was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the medical office, managing patient scheduling, and ensuring smooth coordination between medical providers and patients. Terri’s duties included handling patient intake, insurance verification, medical records management, and assisting with procedures such as phlebotomy and injections. Her ability to balance clinical and administrative tasks with a focus on patient care and operational efficiency was critical to the practice’s success.

Throughout her career, Terri has demonstrated versatility and leadership in a variety of professional settings. She has held roles such as Office Assistant, Teacher Assistant, and Special Education Attendant within the Roane County School System, as well as Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist at Renaissance Terrace and CD Jones Retail. Additionally, as Office Manager and Human Resource Coordinator at Temp Systems, Inc., she gained valuable experience in recruitment, employee management, and operational oversight. Terri received her Associate of Science Degree in 2019 from Roane State Community College and her High School Diploma with Honors in 1998 from Roane County High School.
