
Bio
Shane Frank is a Technical Senior Staff member in the Sensors and Electronics Group at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Oak Ridge, TN USA. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN in 1994 and 1999, respectively. His professional interests include integrated circuit design, harsh environment and radiation-hardened electronics, energy harvestings. He has more than 50 technical publications and 5 patents issued in the field of electronics and integrated circuit design. He was awarded two R&D 100 awards (2003, 2014) and is a Senior Member of IEEE.
