Seth R Johnson
Seth Johnson is a staff member in the High Performance Computing Methods and Applications Team in the Reactor and Nuclear Systems Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. His previous work spans hybrid deterministic–Monte Carlo transport, GPU application development, computational geometry, visualization and user interfaces, and sensitivity/uncertainty methods. He is currently involved in the Consortium for Advanced Simulation of Light Water Reactors, the Exascale Computing Project, and the INCITE program.
After earning his B.S. in Nuclear Engineering at Texas A&M University, he obtained a Ph.D.in Nuclear Engineering and Radiological Sciences at the University of Michigan in 2011.
