Bio
Dr. Qian Gong is a computer scientist at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. She received her Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Duke University in 2017, and M.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Arizona in 2013. Prior to ORNL, she was a computer scientist at Fermilab in 2017-2020. Her current research interests include lossy compression, data management, AI-based surrogate modeling.
