He uses a combination of theory, numerical modeling, and data analysis in his research. Dr. Le completed his B.E. degree in Hydrology at Vietnam Water Resources University (2006) prior to receiving his M.S. (2011) and Ph.D. (2016) both in Civil Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Prior to joining ORNL, Dr. Le was a postdoc in the Department of Civil Engineering at University of California, Irvine and a lecturer in the Faculty of Hydrology Meteorology and Oceanography at Vietnam National University, Hanoi, Vietnam.
