Bio
Dr. Mulligan is an R&D Associate staff member and researcher in the Nuclear and Extreme Environment Measurement group of the Nuclear Energy and Fuel Cycle Division at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He received his M.S. (2012) and Ph.D. (2015) in Nuclear Engineering from The Ohio State University (Columbus, OH) and his B.S. (2008) in Applied Physics from Providence College (Providence, RI). His research interests include finite element analysis for materials irradiations, neutron detection instrumentation development, and development of radiation hardened electronics for extreme environments.
