
Bio
Jerry Stockton has worked at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) since 2005. Jerry began his career at ORNL at the SNS project as a technician with the Neutron Chopper Team. In 2009 he became the Neutron Chopper Team Lead and has recently been appointed as Neutron Chopper Group Lead. In this role, Jerry is responsible for group budget and all group activities. The group is responsible for the assembly, testing, installation, operation and maintenance of neutron chopper systems at the SNS. Prior to arriving at ORNL, Jerry spent 6 years as a vacuum technician at the LANSCE facility at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL).
