Bio
Jason Schmidt is a Technical Project Specialist for the Building Technologies Research and Integration Center (BTRIC) at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
Jason works as part of a team to support BTRIC partnerships, the Tech-to-Market program, and the State and Community Energy program.
His expertise includes communication, project coordination, data management, event planning, professional development, software testing, and website management.
Prior to his work at ORNL, Jason served in diverse roles including manager for a local online farmers' market, community garden manager, farm manager, science teacher, and product developer.
Jason has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master in Teaching from Western Washington University.
