Bio
Dr. Hao Lu joined Oak Ridge National Laboratory as a post-doctoral research associate in the Computer Science and Mathematics Division in April, 2017. He earned his PhD in Computer Science at Washington State University in February, 2017. His thesis focused on parallel communities detection and graph analysis. His current research interests include parallel spatial data structures and graph algorithms. Hao's papers have been published in IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems, Parallel Computing, ACM Transactions on Embedded Computing Systems, Foundations and Trends in Electronic Design Automation and IEEE International Parallel and Distributed Symposium (IPDPS).
Hao is currently working under the DAPPER (Data Analysis Parallel Package Maker) project. DAPPER is the prototype of a highly-scalable and versatile application-independent parallel framework targeted toward the rapid development of scalable application-specific data analysis software.
