Bio
Greg Corson is an R&D Assistant at the Manufacturing Demonstration Facility (MDF) in the Advanced Machining and Machine Tool Group. He is also a PhD student researching under Dr. Tony Schmitz in the Machine Tool Research Center at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Greg’s research focuses on modeling and optimizing machining strategies for compliant, or flexible, part geometries. Greg received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
