Bio
Colleen France is a Project Management Specialist supporting the Buildings Technologies Office research areas of Thermal Energy Storage (TES), Building Energy Modeling (BEM), Technology to Market, Building Electric Appliance Devices and Systems (BEADs), Standards, Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP), and the State and Community Energy Program (SCEP). She assists each program with their financial management, milestone progress, proposal submissions, project planning and support.
