User Assistance Group

Technical support, training, documentation and tools for NCCS users 

The User Assistance Group of the Operations Section provides technical support, training, documentation, and tools to NCCS users for systems that have entered full user operations. For this group, growth areas are exciting challenges, including the data initiative, addition of new programs, and expansion into new high-performance computing (HPC) areas. The group seeks to ensure their mission and standards are aligned to not only meet the challenges and changes within the HPC community, but also to continue to be leaders in the NCCS division and in the community.
