The ThermoFisher Talos L120C cryogenic TEM is designed for performance and productivity at ambient and cryogenic (liquid nitrogen) temperatures. Useful for rapid screening of samples for single particle analysis, and 2D/3D imaging (cells, organelles, polymers, and soft material) at room and cryogenic temperatures with and without stain.
Cryo-box and low-dose techniques coupled with cryogenic side entry holders allow for less than eight hours of data collection, with minimal ice contamination for beam-sensitive samples. Auto-alignments allow for ease of use and quick data collection. The Ceta 4K X 4K 16M CMOS camera with a large field of view enables live digital zooming with high sensitivity and speed for low-dose imaging.
