The QsensePro (Biolin) is based on quartz crystal microbalance with the dissipation (QCM-D), a surface sensitive technique for analysis of surface related interactions. The changes in the mass, thickness and viscoelastic properties of the film deposited on QCM-D are monitored in time-resolved mode. Processes measured include adsorption/desorption, binding interactions, cross-linking, swelling/collapse, degradation and etching.
