Bio
Tom Norby recently joined the Nuclear Security Modeling group of the Nuclear Nonproliferation Division in order to provide support in software development.
Previously he served as a Software Engineer and Airframe Lead for Garmin, providing primary software and configuration support for Textron's Cessna 172, 182, 206 and 208 airframes, as
well as Epic's E1000. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from Arizona State University in 2017.
Tom served as a Sergeant and heavy equipment operator in the United States Marine Corps where he earned a Combat Action Ribbon, Navy Unit Commendation, and Meritorious Mast.
He hails from Arizona and now lives in Lenoir City, with his wife and two sons.
