Bio
Technician Tony Dyer has been with ORNL since 1989 and has served as shift technician, lead technician and shift supervisor for the former Chemical Technology Division and shift supervisor for the current Nonreactor Nuclear Facilities Division.
Tony now assists other engineers and researchers with projects, testing and setting up experiments, running experiments and recording data. His research interests extend to work on new projects and experiments in order to broaden his scope of new science and engineering.
Tony holds an Associate's Degree in electrical engineering from Knoxville Technical Institute (now Tennessee College for Applied Technology). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business with majors in statistics, transportation and logistics from the University of Tennessee and completed three years of chemical engineering study at UT.
