Stephanie Timbs has more than 20 years' experience in large-scale nuclear production and safety.
Stephanie came to ORNL in 2019 and has supported the Radioisotope Development Laboratory (Building 3047) isotope production initiatives.
Experienced with solvent extraction and ion exchange chromatography, she performs separations and dispensing operations for radium-226, actinium-227 and thorium-228. Her previous background includes supervision, radiation safety, nuclear fuel fabrication, and uranium recycling chemistry.
