Richard Schwartz has been at the Spallation Neutron Source since 2006 and worked at Jefferson Lab from 1991 to 2006. Richard has over thirty years experience in accelerator alignment, surveying, dimensional metrology and laser scanner operations. He received his A.A.S. degree in Architecture at Thomas Nelson Community College and a two year certificate in Metrology from Pellissippi State Community College.
