
Bio
Mark Drumm is a Senior Production Engineer for the Isotope Processing and Manufacturing Division (IPMD) of the Isotope Science and Engineering Directorate.
Mark came to ORNL from the Y-12 National Security Complex. During his tenure at Y-12, he worked as a Process Engineering Lead for Chemical Recovery Operations of the Uranium Processing Facility (UPF) and System Engineer for 9212 before most recently serving a Project Engineer for Production Projects. In this role his responsibilities included scoping, scheduling, engineering, and construction support for installing new production equipment in existing a Category 2 Nuclear Facilities.
He has previously worked at Nissan North America as a Process Engineer on the construction, startup and production operations for a Lithium Ion Battery manufacturing plant, as a Process Engineer for the construction, startup and production operations of a new Liquid Manufacturing Technology Center and at the Savannah River Site as a Process Engineer in focusing on salt waste disposition.
